Micha Houtkamp is a Dutch entrepreneur and author, founder and CEO of Leadstars, and the mentor behind the Out of Office Forever Program.
Leadstars is a recruitment marketing agency for recruitment and staffing businesses, with 30+ clients in the Netherlands and the United States. Micha chose that niche from day one, because he had worked at a staffing business as a marketer.
He built his marketing agency remotely and runs it from abroad. He sells with a two-call process, worked with freelance setters and closers instead of employees early on and runs much of the operation with AI, with Claude connected to his CRM, outreach and creative tools. Systems built for clients have generated over €50 million in potential revenue.
